As a somatic therapist and intimacy coach, I'm here to offer you a holistic set of tools that empower you to connect more deeply with yourself and those around you.

Through guided exercises and methods that speak to your unique past, you’ll learn to fully inhabit your body - and to find joy and pleasure in doing so.
By exploring your protective shields and their impact on relationships, you’ll learn techniques and tactics designed to deepen and strengthen connections.
