Life is constantly changing. We are constantly evolving.
I feel something has changed deeply in my heart, my soul. I feel it in my bones.
It calls for even more change – a change in the way I work and spend my time. Which is why, after teaching nonstop for almost ten years and running my own studio for 3.5 years, I’ll be closing the studio at the end of this year.
Not because I don’t enjoy running a studio. Not because I don’t love to teach. Not because I don’t like yoga anymore. I still love it all to bits.
So why quit? Because I long for a new adventure and am ready to let the change I feel inside of me pour through me and find it’s way in the world.
There have been people who say I’m crazy – closing a studio that has a waiting list since day one. Quitting something while not being totally sure about what to do next. And yes, it is exciting and scary – yet I feel this is what is needed and I’m ready to take the leap.
You don’t always need a plan. Sometimes you just need to breathe, trust, let go and see what happens.
