In my coaching sessions I combine a range of knowledge and skills. Yoga, nutrition, ayurveda, the (female) body, massage and somatic coaching (Pantarei). I experienced the healing effect of touch, nutrition, lifestyle and herbs, and I have followed several courses about these subjects. I pass on my knowledge to you with love.

the sessions
The content of the coaching sessions is different for everyone. The methods as well. For one person, a single Skype session might provide enough tools for now. Someone else will need multiple sessions in person. Everything is possible.
You’re unique. What works for you is just as unique. So no general advice, no nutritional hypes and no standard exercises. Based on your wishes, you will receive advice that really suits you. We’ll check out nutrition, lifestyle, exercise, meditation, herbal use and other forms of self-care.
Somatic coaching Pantarei
In recent years I studied the Pantarei Approach. A beautiful method that has brought me lots of growth and transformation which I’d love to pass on. It’s a combination of touch and verbal communication. The method invites you to connect with your strength and skills. Everything to contribute to an enhanced experience of life.
In all coaching sessions (holistic, ayurveda and Pantarei) I tune in to what is needed in that specific moment, instead of following a strict schedule. My knowledge and experience enable me to do that. This gives you the chance to let go of control and surrender completely to the moment. That will help you emerge from the storm a lot stronger and in tune with yourself.
