Pelvic Care Sessions

Intended for those who have been diagnosed with (or suspect they have) endometriosis, these impactful sessions will support you in living with this condition.

Health is something that binds us all - but, unfortunately, society hasn’t always given female health the prominence or consideration it deserves. 
With symptoms that are so often under-recognized, misunderstood and misdiagnosed, we’ve seen an increase in conversations about how our societies - and even medical professionals - have a huge gap in knowledge when it comes to the unique experiences that go hand-in-hand with female hormonal cycles, and chronic conditions such as endometriosis and adenomyosis.

In this supportive, empowering series, we’ll dive into a variety of topics using a person-centered, trauma-informed approach.
Exploring everything to support you on your path with endometriosis (and adenomyosis), these Pelvic Care Sessions will take place over a total of three Sundays, starting at 10 AM and finishing at noon.

Following Ayurvedic principles that emphasize listening to and learning to understand our bodies, these Pelvic Care Sessions will focus on developing an awareness of and sense of compassion for our bodies.
Founded on the basis that there’s no one-size-fits-all solution, these sessions will help you find what works best for you.
Through a combination of meditation, movement and nourishing food, you’ll come away from this series with the tools, insights, ideas and even recipes you need to support yourself even more.

Set at just €150 for the series, these 2-hour sessions will start on Sunday, January 21 at 10 AM CET, and finish on February 4th at noon.

Although there may be up to 15 people in the group, I am particularly keen to make sure these digital sessions offer a safe space for all. At any point before or during the sessions, I welcome you to share with me anything that might help you feel more supported.

No recordings are allowed, but if there’s something we covered during the session - whether that’s extra reading or resources - please feel free to ask me to share links afterwards.
